Journaling crept back into my life just before COVID-19 hit. Once another unarmed black person was down and even some medical professionals in my life seemed nonchalant about another additional named hashtag, I needed a new safe space to evaluate and articulate my never resting emotions.
Thank you to those on my personal Facebook who showed such a huge interest. Support from others is helpful and appreciated, but support from friends is the icing on the cake.
